Biography Barbara Lagler Özdemir
Barbara Lagler Özdemir is an economist, senior coach and, since 1994, a founding member and Managing Director of oezpa GmbH. She is trained in strategic organizational development and the management of large group events and leads the oezpa Academy. She supports national and international companies in change processes and has specialized in facilitating internationally large group conferences (Open Space Technology, Future Search, and World Café) in Turkey, Poland, Switzerland and China.
She is a certified MBTI coach and co-director of the oezpa Group Relations Conferences (Socio-Technical and analytical systems approach, applying the Tavistock methodology).
She has been a member of staff on national and international Group Relations Conferences of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, London.
